The Stellaria pendant uses a layered glass shade that scatters the bulb into a starburst, so the fitting throws a pattern across the ceiling and the surrounding walls rather than a flat pool of light. Over a dining table or a bar it does the work of a decorative object as well as a light source.
The shade is glass with a three dimensional internal effect, so the pattern shifts with the viewing angle and with how brightly the bulb is run. Switched off it reads as a clear glass globe. Switched on it fills with depth.
The frame and ceiling plate are iron, which gives the hanging assembly enough rigidity to sit still on a long drop, and the shade suspends from a pendant cord so the height can be set to the table or counter beneath it.
- Shade: glass with a three dimensional starburst effect
- Shade shape: round
- Frame and ceiling plate: iron
- Suspension: pendant cord
- Suited to dining rooms, bars, kitchens, hallways and living spaces

Considered lighting and home pieces, chosen for how they live in a room rather than how they look in a catalogue.
Light that draws the eye
The layered glass shade breaks a single bulb into a scatter of points. It works as a centrepiece before it works as a light.
Built for the drop
An iron frame and ceiling plate keep the shade hanging true, and the cord lets you set the height to the table underneath.
Dining rooms and bars
At home over a table, a counter or a stairwell. Anywhere a plain ceiling needs something to look at.
Durable Materials
Long lasting materials chosen to age well
Timeless Designs
Every piece is design led and time tested
Easy Setup Every Time
Hassle free setup and accurate sizing
Complete The Look
Materials Chosen To Last
Brass, alabaster and honed stone, selected for how they age rather than how they photograph.
Light That Changes A Room
Every piece is made to give a room warmth long after the daylight goes.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does it look like switched off?
A clear glass globe. The starburst only appears once the bulb is lit, so through the day it reads as a simple glass pendant.
Can I set the hanging height?
Yes, it hangs on a pendant cord, so the drop can be set to the table or counter underneath it.
Where does the starburst actually show?
On the ceiling and the walls around it, not just inside the shade. It wants some clear surface nearby to be worth having.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free on every order to the UK, the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, giving 4–7 business days in total.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can follow delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. There are no restocking fees, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are free to return and we cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
