Frequently Asked Questions
How much of the room does it cover?
The wide angle oscillation sweeps air across the room rather than pushing it in one direction, so a single unit is usually enough for a bedroom or living room.
How much floor space does it take?
Very little. The tower design is tall and narrow, so it tucks into a corner or beside furniture without taking the space a traditional pedestal fan needs.
Can I leave it running overnight?
Yes. It is designed for continuous running, and on its lower settings it is quiet enough that most customers leave it on through the night.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free on every order to the UK, the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, giving 4–7 business days in total.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can follow delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. There are no restocking fees, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are free to return and we cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
