Considered lighting and home pieces, chosen for how they live in a room rather than how they look in a catalogue.
Lights already on it
Pre lit means no box of tangled wire and no hour spent winding lights before the decorating even starts.
Warm, not clinical
Warm white LEDs give the glow of old filament bulbs without the heat, where cold white makes a room feel like an office.
Up in minutes, away in minutes
Hinged branches fold down for storage, so it goes back in the loft as one piece rather than a hundred loose sprigs.
Durable Materials
Long lasting materials chosen to age well
Timeless Designs
Every piece is design led and time tested
Easy Setup Every Time
Hassle free setup and accurate sizing
Complete The Look
Materials Chosen To Last
Brass, alabaster and honed stone, selected for how they age rather than how they photograph.
Light That Changes A Room
Every piece is made to give a room warmth long after the daylight goes.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a bulb fails?
The LEDs are wired in sections, so a single failure does not take the whole tree out. Keep the packaging through the season in case a fault shows up.
How long does it take to put up?
The branches are hinged and the lights are already fitted, so it is a matter of standing it in the metal stand and dropping the branches out.
What colour are the lights?
Warm white, pre fitted through the branches. There is no second string to thread and nothing to untangle each year.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free on every order to the UK, the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, giving 4–7 business days in total.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can follow delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. There are no restocking fees, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are free to return and we cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
