The Porto Up and Down Outdoor Wall Light does what its name says. Two beams, one above and one below, from a compact anthracite body 15 cm tall. A matched pair either side of a door gives a symmetrical wash that reads well from the street, which is how most people end up using it.
It runs on GU10 bulbs rather than a sealed LED, so the brightness and the warmth of the light are your choice, and a failed bulb costs a few pounds rather than a new fitting.
The housing is aluminium with an anthracite finish, rated IP54 for dust and for water splashed from any direction, which is what an exposed wall asks of a fitting through a British winter.
