The Linnea sits on four solid wood legs that lift the sleeping surface 5cm clear of the floor, keeping a pet off cold tiles and away from the draughts that run at ground level. The raised frame also makes climbing in and out easier for smaller and older animals that struggle to jump.
Two padded armrests and a low back wall enclose three sides, giving a dog or cat something to rest a head against while leaving the front open for easy access. The cushion is deep enough to hold its shape under weight rather than flattening down to the base board.
The cover is a woven cotton in a soft grey that reads as a piece of furniture rather than a pet accessory, so it can sit in a living room or bedroom without looking out of place. The frame is rigid throughout, so the sofa stays where it is put instead of shifting when a pet climbs on.
