Add warmth and architectural detail to any wall with the Atelierée Halston Rechargeable Brass Wall Light, a wiring free sconce that mounts without an electrician, without a chased channel in the plaster and without a cable ever having run to that spot. The circular brushed brass back plate fixes straight to the wall and the light lifts off it for charging, so it can go on a chimney breast, in a rented hallway, up a stairwell or either side of a bed where no wiring exists. Whether you are searching for a rechargeable wall light, wireless wall sconce, battery powered bedside wall light, cordless hallway light or a wiring free brass sconce, Atelierée brings fitted looking lighting to walls that were never wired for it.
Designed for renters, period homes and finished rooms where chasing a wall is not an option, the Atelierée™ Halston Rechargeable Brass Wall Light runs on a 2000mAh rechargeable battery driving a standard E27 fitting rather than a sealed LED panel. That matters, because the bulb is replaceable and the output can be matched to the room: the range runs from 249 to 2000 lumens, low enough for a landing at night and bright enough to read by in an armchair. Dimming is built in, so a single fitting covers both jobs. The fixture is finished in brushed brass through the back plate, arm and slim downrod, closed with a small turned finial and topped with a single white tapered fabric shade.
The proportions are deliberately narrow, so it reads as a properly fitted sconce rather than a battery lamp stuck to a wall, and it sits comfortably in pairs either side of a bed or spaced along a hallway. Because nothing is hardwired, it can be repositioned as a room changes and taken with you when you move. Certified to CE, EMC and RoHS standards. If you are looking for a wireless wall light for a bedroom, a rechargeable reading light above a bed, a stairwell sconce with no wiring or a brass wall light for a rental, the Halston covers all of it.

Considered lighting and home pieces, chosen for how they live in a room rather than how they look in a catalogue.
A sconce for unwired walls
Chimney breasts, rented hallways, either side of a bed where no cable ever ran. The back plate fixes to the wall and the light does the rest.
Bright to read, low to sleep
249 to 2000 lumens on a dimmer, so one fitting covers reading in an armchair and a soft landing light at night.
Takes any bulb you like
A standard E27 fitting rather than a sealed panel, so the bulb is yours to choose and yours to replace when it goes.

Every piece is made to give a room warmth long after the daylight goes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an electrician?
No. The circular back plate fixes straight to the wall and the light lifts off it for charging. Nothing is hardwired, so it can be repositioned as a room changes or taken with you when you move.
What bulb does it take?
A standard E27 fitting, with a bulb included. Output runs from 249 to 2000 lumens and the fitting is dimmable, so one light covers reading and low evening light.
Can I take it with me if I rent?
Yes. Only the back plate is fixed, so taking it down leaves a small fixing point rather than a chased channel and an exposed cable.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free on every order to the UK, the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, giving 4–7 business days in total.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can follow delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. There are no restocking fees, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are free to return and we cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
