Considered lighting and home pieces, chosen for how they live in a room rather than how they look in a catalogue.
Folds out of sight
It collapses flat and tucks against the pan, instead of sitting in the middle of the bathroom floor announcing itself.
Bamboo, not plastic
It reads as a piece of furniture rather than a medical aid, which is the difference between leaving it out and hiding it.
Grips on tile
Non slip feet, which is the one thing that genuinely matters on a wet bathroom floor.
Durable Materials
Long lasting materials chosen to age well
Timeless Designs
Every piece is design led and time tested
Easy Setup Every Time
Hassle free setup and accurate sizing
Complete The Look
Materials Chosen To Last
Brass, alabaster and honed stone, selected for how they age rather than how they photograph.
Light That Changes A Room
Every piece is made to give a room warmth long after the daylight goes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it fold away?
Yes. It folds flat and stands against the side of the pan, so it is out of the way without needing a cupboard.
How tall is the step?
18 cm high, and 41 by 27 cm on the floor. Worth measuring the gap in front of your pan before ordering.
Will it slide on a tiled floor?
The base is non slip, which is the part that matters on bathroom tile. Give the floor a wipe first so it is gripping something dry.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We ship free on every order to the UK, the United States and Australia, with no minimum spend. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and transit is 3–5 business days after dispatch, giving 4–7 business days in total.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships, and you can follow delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. There are no restocking fees, as long as the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are free to return and we cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
